The Challenge
Auckland Transport needed to transition 72 sites from legacy Bosch to Gallagher as a single pane of glass building-management platform across all transport modes — rail, bus, ferry, and car parks — on time and with full KPI compliance.
Sites included rail stations, EMU yards, car parks, bus and ferry facilities, and corporate offices.
What We Delivered
As Auckland Transport’s sole appointed Gallagher Channel Partner, BC Security delivered access control, lighting, audio, fire integration, elevators and escalators, UPS, thermal intrusion at train yards, visitor management, card printing and management, mobile credentials, and lockdown/evacuation capability.
Milestone integration for ANPR and bollards. DESFire key migration between Auckland Council and Auckland Transport. IQP compliance. Ongoing service across the Auckland Transport estate.
