Warranty & Care Plans

Protect your security investment beyond installation.

A manufacturer warranty may cover eligible equipment failure, but it does not always include fault investigation, technician attendance, preventative maintenance, software support or ongoing system oversight.

BC Security provides structured warranty management and care plans to keep your systems supported, maintained and operating reliably after handover.

Warranty Management

We record applicable warranty coverage, installation dates, equipment details and expiry periods. When an eligible fault occurs, we investigate the issue, document the findings and assist with the manufacturer or distributor warranty process.

Ongoing Care Plans

Care plans can be tailored around your sites, systems and operational requirements, including:

  • Remote diagnostics and service triage
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Priority support and escalation
  • Software and firmware reviews
  • Warranty and service-history tracking
  • Asset health and lifecycle recommendations

Clear Coverage and Accountability

You gain a clear understanding of what is covered, what support is included and which costs may sit outside the manufacturer warranty, such as labour, site attendance, freight or access equipment.

Faster support. Accurate records.
