Inner Range Integriti

We support and maintain Integriti environments — for organisations who inherited one, or who need a provider that will keep it current rather than replace it.

What Integriti is

Inner Range is an Australian manufacturer, based in Melbourne, and Integriti is its enterprise access control and intruder detection platform. It’s widely deployed across Australia and New Zealand, particularly in commercial property and multi-tenancy environments.

Its defining characteristic is that access control and intruder detection are genuinely one system rather than two products sharing an interface. The same credentials, the same permissions and the same rules govern both — which removes a whole category of administrative drift. The situation where someone leaves, their card is disabled, and their alarm code still works simply doesn’t arise.

It scales from single buildings to distributed estates, with remote connectivity through SkyTunnel and integrations covering video, lifts, building management and directory systems.

Where we come in

Most organisations don’t choose a security platform. They inherit one — with a building, an acquisition, or a contractor who has since moved on.

If Integriti is what’s installed and it’s meeting your requirements, replacing it is a cost with no return. What usually needs attention isn’t the platform. It’s the governance around it: which version is running, what’s approaching end of support, whether permissions still match who works there, and whether compliance records exist before someone asks for them.

That’s the work we do on an inherited Integriti estate.

What we do with it

System validationEstablishing what’s actually installed, how it’s configured and which versions are running. On most inherited sites this turns up at least one thing nobody knew about.
Permission and cardholder governanceAccess rights and alarm permissions kept current as staff, contractors and rosters change, with expired permissions actively removed rather than left in place.
Unified access and intrusionConfiguring the platform so arming, disarming and door access genuinely follow one credential and one rule set, rather than leaving intruder detection as a parallel system with its own user list.
Planned preventative maintenanceScheduled testing across controllers, readers, sensors, communication paths and battery backup.
Remote-first supportAround 80% of service issues resolved without a site visit. Most faults on a mature system are configuration, permission or communications issues.
Version governanceControlled upgrades aligned to Inner Range’s support lifecycle, keeping the platform vendor-supported and reducing cyber exposure.
Lifecycle and budget planningObsolescence tracking, spare parts strategy and replacement forecasting through AssetGuard One, the same as every other platform we manage.

Where this fits

Inherited estates

A building or portfolio came with Integriti already installed, and no clear record of how it was configured.

Lapsed support

The original installer is gone, the maintenance agreement ended, and nobody has touched the software in three years.

Multi-platform organisations

Integriti on some sites, something else on others, and no single view of either.

Pre-decision assessments

You’re weighing whether to keep, upgrade or migrate, and want an assessment from someone with no stake in the answer.

On replacing it

We won’t recommend a platform change you don’t need. If Integriti is supported, current and doing the job, the honest advice is to keep it and manage it properly — and that’s usually the advice we give.

Where migration genuinely is the right call, it’s because of obsolescence, an unsupported version, or a requirement the platform can’t meet. We’ll show you the reasoning either way.
