What multi-site access control actually demands.
A single building is straightforward. A network of them is not. Once you are managing access across dozens of sites, the difficulty moves away from hardware and into governance. Getting the equipment installed is the easy part — keeping it consistent, current and compliant across every site for the next ten years is the work.
One credential, one set of rules, one place to administer them — regardless of which site a person walks into.
Multi-server environments that stay synchronised, resilient and supportable as the network grows.
Enterprise-scale card printing, templates, permissions and offboarding that integrate with the systems your HR team already uses.
Knowing which controllers, readers and modules are approaching obsolescence before they fail, not after.
Documented inspections, IQP oversight and Form 12A certification for specified systems.
You don’t need to start again.
We begin by validating what’s installed, how it’s configured and where the immediate risks sit, and introduce change gradually, only where it delivers a clear benefit.
Architecture at scale.
A network of sites is not a bigger version of one site — it’s a different problem. For Auckland Transport, we architected Gallagher as the sole building management platform across Auckland Transport’s network, extending it beyond doors to lighting, fire, elevators, thermal intrusion at train yards and network-wide lockdown. One platform. One operator interface.
We’re Gallagher-led and Gallagher-certified — but we specify against your operational and compliance requirements, not a supplier agreement. If your existing platform still has life left in it, we’ll say so.

Design and installation are the beginning, not the deliverable.
Structured servicing that finds faults before they become failures, extending the working life of every component.
Around 80% of service issues are resolved remotely, before a technician is dispatched. When attendance is required, it’s informed and prepared.
Controlled upgrades that keep your systems supported by the vendor and protected against emerging cyber risk.
IQP inspections, structured digital records and Form 12A certification for specified systems, documented and traceable.
Asset health tracking, obsolescence forecasting and replacement priorities — all visible in AssetGuard One.
Every asset, every site, one system of record.
